The evolution of technology has made it possible to miniaturize specialized cameras, greatly facilitating their use. It is no longer about simple colour imagery! Using a drone equipped with a multispectral, hyperspectral, thermal or gas detection camera, it is now possible to collect information that would otherwise be invisible to the naked eye. This incredibly rich data can be combined with colour imaging and LiDAR for further analysis.

At MVT GEO-SOLUTIONS, we use state-of-the-art cameras to obtain very high-resolution images. When installed on a drone, these specialized cameras make it possible to quickly and periodically acquire data in remote or isolated regions. With these technologies, we are now able to refine existing analyses using satellite imagery or other traditional methods.
