As a sales support specialist, your main objective will be supporting our clients, from quote generation to after-sales service.
Tasks and responsibilities
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- CURIOUS, you will assist the Business Development Manager in his technological watch
- PERCEPTIVE, you will implement the business strategies developed in collaboration with the Business Development Manager
- DILIGENT, you will prepare quotes for potential clients
- ORGANIZED, you will make sure that sales follow-ups are completed in a timely manner and on a regular basis
- COLLABORATIVE, you will provide technical support for our customers as part of our after-sales service

Requirements
IDEAL PROFILE
If you meet the following criteria, we would like to get to know you better!
- You have previous sales experience in the drone and data acquisition industries
- You are perfectly bilingual French/English
- You have strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
- You communicate efficiently, in writing and orally
- You have great computer and technology skills (Office suite and CRM system)
- You are available to travel occasionally for client visits and industry events
- You are a team player welcoming additional tasks as necessary
